Q. Why have I been signed up for EdJIT?

A. You have been signed up by your school or employer to receive training found on the EdJIT platform.

Q. How do I know I can trust emails from EdJIT?

A. In the email welcoming you to the EdJIT platform, we have included the email address of the person administering your EdJIT program. You are welcome to contact them to make sure you have been registered. Additionally, EdJIT staff will never ask you for your password or any sensitive personal information.

Q. I have questions or feedback to provide re: the education materials or EdJIT platform. How do I submit feedback?

A. To submit feedback or questions, please use the “Feedback” button located at the bottom center of the pages found within the platform or contact your EdJIT administrator.
